ro-philes rejoice!

Aha! You cannot hide from me ro…I have found your awesome bags over at Composition Design! I love this new stuff…very simple…very understated…and as always, very modern.
More affordable(ish) gifts…the Cooper Hewitt edition

Here’s a few nifty and reasonably priced items from the Cooper Hewitt Museum store. First off we’ve got a multi function knife, for those of us that need to save our pennies there is a New York rooftop reminiscent water tank bank, and finally a very sleekly designed ballpoint pen with a stamp built right in.
Affordable gifts I plan on giving part one

These wooden holiday ornaments from the sub-studio design store are a cool and most importantly very inexpensive little gift to give this year. You can’t beat that!
Another cool S. African Etsy seller

Apartment Therapy had a link to Skinnylaminx’s Etsy page today and I am so glad I followed that link…look at these awesome tote bags and tea towels…those are two things that I surely need more of (just don’t ask my husband!).
Coffee bean sack sacks

Just found these pretty groovy bags made from coffee bean sacks from Thewren on Etsy. I like the nice balance of material and shape. They could look very very chic as a fall carryall. I like it!
Extreme wallet envy

These wallets from Makr are making me want to throw my wallet out the window (after removing all monies, etc of course). Aren’t they the most gorgeous ever?
A whole Lotta bag
Lotta Jansdotter makes some swell printed fabric and printed items like these new wool shoulder bags. Looks like a nice size and a comfortable shape to wear don’t you think? Put me down for one!
She is also hosting printing classes at her studio in Brooklyn where you learn to print using all sorts of objet. Sounds like a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, and a sound investment with the holidays coming up…you could print one of a kind gifts for everyone on your list…and the wrapping paper too!
More enamel gems

Lucky my birthday is coming up, because these bracelets from bullfinchbarbury would be the perfect gift for a hardworking fun loving gal like myself. Hint hint!
Crochet capes

Today I am in a fall mood, and these unbelievable capelets from Ellita are calling to me on the autumn breeze. They look so cozy and perfect for the cool days that are sure to be ahead.
Crazy amazing shoes

I discovered Ped Shoes today via Notcouture.com and boy am I glad/sad I did…this is going to cost me big time. Look at these amazing shoes from Cydwoq, Chie Mihara and Coclico, and there are a lot more great pairs where these came from.
